Howard DeLane Booker

Howard DeLane Booker , March 1951-February 1975. Married Sherryl Wilcox in 1967. Worked in a ring factory in Texas. Divorced approx. 1973. Joined the U.S. Marines in 1973. Learned to be a helicopter mechanic in Jacksonville, FL. While stationed at El Toro MCAS, CA, he married Mary Card. While stationed in Hawaii, he drown while scuba diving. He had a military funeral in Los Angeles in February 1975.

Howard was my closest and best friend after the tragic loss of my mother. During the summer would fish every pond within a five to ten mile radius of Frank Street. When I learned of his passing, I was saddened. I want to thank his older brother, Richard, for all the things he taught us while we were young and for posting them memorial for Howard.
